Level: Intermediate
Room: Trustees Hall, 2nd floor

Three experienced assessment professionals share some things to consider to be sure you are communicating clearly and authentically.  Both talks are intended to be interactive, with audience participation and discussion giving participants new ways to look at existing patterns and communication in our own workplaces.

Presentation topics covered in this section will include 1) A real-life return on investment (ROI) methodology from Africa, measuring the benefits to society and local government when a modernized assessment system is enacted; and 2) In today’s workplace we all need to communicate better, faster, and clearer than ever before.

The second presentation will provide direction to help clear common workplace communication hurdles. Learn ways to improve e-mail etiquette, achieve conference call consistency, move from meeting mayhem to meeting order, and successfully navigate day-to-day communication opportunities. Learn valuable communication skills that will increase your effectiveness in the workplace.
