Jennifer Rearich, MAS, CAE, RES is the Business Analytics & CAMA Supervisor at the Maricopa County Assessor's Office where she oversees the valuation modeling and abstracts processes. She is involved in the IAAO Community, currently serving as chair of the 2024 Research and Standards Committee. Additionally, she has presented on model deployment, data quality, mass appraisal valuation methodologies, and property tax policy, in addition to being published on some of the aforementioned topics. In 2019, she received the IAAO Emerging Professional Award. Previously a student of urban planning, she holds a BS from Arizona State University and an MPhil from the University of Cambridge.
