Neal manages the Sidwell department directors and leads the company’s strategic planning process. He also serves as the Chairperson of Sidwell’s Board of Directors. Neal possesses the Cadastral Mapping Specialist professional designation from IAAO, and has instructed courses on land records related topics for various state assessment organizations. He has served for several years as the IAAO delegate to COGO.
