Tom Young is a project manager with the U.S. Department of the Interior, Office of the Special Trustee for American Indians. Mr. Young is a certified general appraiser working primarily with agricultural, commercial and partial interest assignments. He has worked with Indian Affairs for over 27 years at the reservation, region and national levels. Mr. Young’s current work includes the design, development and implementation of a GIS, appraisal management system and mass appraisal system.
